1. Warranty Coverage
Luméa products are covered under this 18-month limited warranty, which includes:

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

Malfunctions or failures not caused by improper use, external damage, or unauthorized modifications.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Issues arising from exposure to extreme conditions, liquid damage, or improper storage.

Consumable parts such as filters, bulbs, or attachments unless the defect results from a manufacturing fault.
2. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Luméa product has a manufacturing defect within the 18-month warranty period, please follow these steps:

Contact Us – Email support@luméa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Warranty Review – Our support team will review your submission and determine whether it qualifies under our warranty policy.

Resolution – If approved, we will provide a replacement unit or repair at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request that the defective product be returned for further inspection.
3. Replacement Policy
Approved warranty claims will be resolved with a replacement unit of the same or comparable model if the original product is no longer available.
Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
4. Limitations & Liability
This warranty is valid only for purchases made directly through luméaa.com or authorized Luméa retailers.
Luméa is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences beyond the replacement or repair of a defective product under this warranty policy.
